Details of the intention of the Cabinet to meet in private must be published in a Notice no later than 28 days prior to the meeting at which the decisions are to be taken.
The Notice, published to the website and circulated to councillors, gives details of the business, the reason for privacy, and an opportunity for objections to such considerations to be registered.
