Food Safety Management System

All food business operators must put in place, implement and maintain a Food Safety Management System based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).

For many businesses, the 'Safer Food, Better Business' packs (SFBB) will suffice.

Ensure a designated person is checking the records regularly. Make sure that staff are trained in your procedures and that training is documented.
