Supportive education At supportive education we work with young people who struggle in mainstream school, in particular those who have challenging behaviour, poor attendance or at risk of permanent exclusion and serious youth violence. Through informal education the sessions aims to develop the young people’s life skills, with them taking part in sport, cooking, art and science projects along with having discussions about relevant topics. Schools can refer a young person to these sessions. The young person would remain on roll at their current school but would attend our provision 2 days a week.
