Appeals and complaints
If you're unhappy with the service you've received or wish to make a complaint or appeal against any decision we've made, you can ask us to reconsider our decision. This must be done in writing using the contact details on this page and we must receive it within 40 working days of our initial response.
If you're still dissatisfied with the response, you then have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for a decision.
