Submit a representation
Any representation (either in support or against it) must be relevant to the application and made on the grounds of any of the following licensing objectives:
- Preventing crime and disorder
- Preventing public nuisance
- Protecting children from harm
- Public safety
Any representation must be received by our Licensing Service by the last date of representation listed for that particular application and any representations received after this date cannot by law be accepted.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of up to about £5,000 (not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale).
