About booking a building inspection
You need to notify us at certain stages of the building work so we can inspect the work to check it complies before you continue building.
The number of inspections will depend on the type of work and, when we visit, we'll let you know.

Time of your inspection
Our inspections normally take place in the morning with our surveyors being in the office in the afternoon.
If you want a meeting in the office, please phone to make an appointment.
Paying for your inspection
After our first visit, you'll receive an invoice for the cost of all the inspections.
