Personalise your ceremony

Please contact us to discuss options for personalising your ceremony. 

You can choose to personalise your ceremony in many different ways. You may wish to include things like:

  • Bringing your own music
  • Having readings read by your guests
  • Presenting gifts to your child
  • Making promises as parents or promises made by supporting adults - you can write your own personal promises or you can choose from a selection of our pre-written promises

The ceremony cannot include any religious content. If you'd prefer a religious ceremony, you'll need to contact the relevant minister to discuss your requirements.

After the ceremony, you'll be given a commemorative certificate.

Opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 9am–4.15pm (on the last Thursday of each month, 10.30am-4.15pm).

Saturday and Sunday: ceremonies only.

You must make an appointment to register births and deaths and give notice of marriage.
