Terms and conditions
We operate easy-in, easy-out terms with our renewable monthly licence. A deposit is required to secure occupation and the monthly licence fee is payable by direct debit.
The licence fee includes a service charge to cover the running costs of the building including heat, light, power, building insurance, mandatory testing and general maintenance along with common area cleaning, reception service and 24-hour access.
Business Rates along with Water Rates (highways and drainage) are not included. Please contact the Valuation Office Agency to confirm the Rateable Values.
Public Liability Insurance must be in place upon occupation. Contents Insurance is at your discretion.
Fire risk assessment and portable appliance test (PAT) certification must be in place within 2 weeks of occupation.
Telephone system access is available along with IT support during occupation. Internet is included at The Old Police Station whilst occupants are required to provide at Globe House and Lock 50.
