How to join the library
Anyone can join the library for free. You don't have to live or work in the Rochdale borough, as long as you're a UK resident, you can join our library.
Join in-person
You can join at any library with proof of your name and current address.
Join online
Complete a form, it only takes a few minutes. You can pick up your library card from any library in the borough.
