Anyone can carry out a search of the local land charge register for free.
You can view the register from the self-service system in the central reception area at Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale OL16 1XU.
- No appointment is required
- The system is available 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday
- Customer advisers can help you log on and access the system
- You must interpret the information - we are not obliged to interpret the information on your behalf
