You can either rent or buy garden plots.
Renting
Garden plot fees are based on the size of the plot you wish to rent.

| Up to 25 | £59 |
| Between 26-49 | £91 |
| Between 50-124 | £113.50 |
| Any size over 125 | £1.10 per square metre |
Buying
It costs:
- £45–£50 per square metre to buy the land to use as a garden.
- £100–£150 per square metre if you want to use the land for development, such as an extension to your property. You may also need planning permission or building control consent.
You also need to pay for our legal and surveyor costs.
