Our annual event – Know Your Numbers Week
Thank you to everyone who came to our annual event, Know Your Numbers Week, which was last held from 2–6 September 2024. The event was a success, with many residents having their blood pressure checked and getting lifestyle advice.
It's important for us to continue raising awareness and advising the community on how to prevent high blood pressure (hypertension).
We'll update this page when we have details of the next Know Your Numbers Week. In the meantime, you can still get your blood pressure checked for free at one of the regular sessions - more details available by following the link on this page.
The Living Well Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Project
