Introduction

The Parking Prosecutions team has the responsibility of enforcing on street parking and some off street parking areas restrictions, including car parks we operate. Penalty Charge Notices (PCN), also known as parking fines, can be issued by Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) when parking restrictions aren’t followed. The aim of Civil Parking Enforcement is to make sure parking restrictions are followed so that fewer vehicles are parked illegally.
