- Introduction
-
We need to ensure that money owed by all our customers is paid and that action is taken to recover debt where an individual or business fails to pay on time. We have debt collection processes which could include recovery of general income, benefit overpayments, adult care charges and sundry debts including those where you have received an invoice for a service you have requested of us.
If money owed to us isn't paid, we'll take reasonable enforcement action which could include a prosecution or recovery of the debt using an Enforcement Agent company. We'll engage with vulnerable people to find ways to help them to meet their financial obligations to us.
