Introduction

We undertake financial assessments to assess the contribution users of Adult Care services should make towards the cost of their care. The assessments can be in respect of both residential and non-residential care. The process also covers deferred payment agreements which allow service users who own property to defer the costs of their care.

We do not routinely share data with any organisation outside the UK, but our website is available across the internet and we communicate with applicants and stakeholders wherever they are.
