It will take longer if we have to wait for your supporting evidence, but once you've provided this we'll process your claim straight away.

Changes to your Council Tax account
Most of the changes that are needed to Council Tax accounts are done within 2 weeks but if we need further information to make the change it might take us slightly longer.
