Local Council Tax Support Scheme

This document details how the Local Council Tax Support Scheme operates for both pension credit age and working-age applicants and in accordance with Section 13a of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, specifies the classes of person who are to be entitled to support under the scheme. This document is effective from 1 April 2018 for a period of one financial year.
