Our vision is that by 2028, every carer living in Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale, and Pennines are valued, recognised and supported to live well and do the things that are important to them in their life, outside of their caring role.
This strategy sets out our priorities to help us achieve the vision and make a difference to carers' lives. It is based on what more than 80 people have told us is important to them.
