We are dedicated to embedding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in every part of our organisation. We follow the UK Equality Act 2010 and the UN Global Compact. We treat everyone fairly and oppose discrimination based on protected characteristics like age, disability, and gender reassignment. We also support Armed Forces members, those with caring responsibilities, and care leavers.
Our aim is to make our services inclusive, improve our workforce, support the community, and reduce discrimination. We want to go beyond legal requirements to make a positive difference. By including EDI in everything we do, we make sure our services meet the diverse needs of our community. We also work to increase workforce diversity, encourage community involvement, and take steps to reduce discrimination. This not only helps us succeed but also makes our staff happier. It creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
