The Domestic Abuse Needs Assessment identified current provisions and any gaps within this, making recommendations that now form the basis for Rochdale’s Domestic Abuse Action Plan. This plan sets out how we can help people and communities in Rochdale become free from the harm of domestic abuse and violence.
