This charter has been developed by the fostering service and the foster carers of Rochdale Borough. It is to be read alongside the Foster Carers Agreement, which is put in place at the point of foster carers’ approval.
The aim of this charter is to support foster carers in being rightfully regarded as part of a team that works with the children in their care.
