We provide a Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) Appointeeship and Court of Protection (CoP) Deputyship service to service users who have been referred by Care Management.
We are responsible for assisting individuals, their carers and or family members with the everyday management of a person's financial affairs. The service is tailored to the needs of the individual.

- Age and date of birth
- Address and contact details (including email)
- Crime or offending information
- Employment data
- Ethnicity or nationality
- Financial, for example, bank details

- Identifiers, for example, National Insurance number, passport number, driving licence number or vehicle registration number
- Marital status
- Religion
- DWP benefits data

This service doesn't transfer your information outside the EEA.
