Introduction

Rochdale Borough Council has commissioned various accommodation and support provider partners to deliver Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme (RSAP) in Rochdale. This programme provides accommodation and support, relating to housing and other matters, to individuals owed a Homelessness Duty.

What personal information we collect

We collect personal information to make sure that we can carry out our work. The personal information we collect includes:

  • Name
  • Address and Contact Details including email address
  • Age/Date of birth
  • Marital Status
  • Identifiers, for example National Insurance Number, Passport Number, Driving Licence Number, Vehicle Registration Number
  • Health or Medical Records including disabilities
  • Ethnicity or Nationality
  • Crime or Offending information

  • Offenders

  • Provision of supported living services
  • Processing applications, requests and appeals

We do not routinely share data with any organisation outside the UK, but our website is available across the internet and we communicate with applicants and stakeholders wherever they are.
