Housing Options for Older People (HOOP) is a service provided by Rochdale Borough Council to help older people to access suitable housing. The service provides assistance with completing rehousing application forms, referrals to adult care for aids, adaptations or advice and other support to assess the most appropriate housing for the individual.
Assistance from HOOP is requested by the individual and all information is processed with the consent of the individual. Consent to process the information may be withdrawn at any stage and, providing there are no safeguarding concerns, all processing of information will cease.

HOOP is a service provided by Rochdale Borough Council to help people aged 55 years or older with housing options and housing related advice. The service is available on request and requires the personal information of the individual in order to provide the most appropriate advice and support.
