Bins you no longer need: you'll need to make sure the bin is empty before we collect it. If you want us to remove a bin because it is contaminated (contains items that shouldn't be in it), you will need to remove the contaminated waste and continue to use the bin. Abandoned bins: a bin is abandoned when it's been left on the street or somewhere else and doesn't look like it belongs to a property. Please check with neighbours if the bin belongs to them before reporting it as abandoned.
If you have a damaged bin at your property, you can request a new bin. You don't need to ask us to remove a damaged bin, we'll remove your damaged bin when we deliver your new bin. Request a new bin
