Report animal crime

If you're concerned about a commercial animal's welfare you can report it to us.

Commercial animals include:

  • Animals that are used for food or animal products.
  • Animals that are used for breeding.
  • Animals that are being sold or hired out.
  • Animals that are being used for performance or entertainment.
  • Animals that require a dangerous wild animal licence.
  • Animals kept in a zoo.
  • Animals that have been imported into the country for business purposes

You can also report any complaints regarding existing animal activity licence holders and businesses operating without a licence.
