What happens to lost or found dogs?

Stray dogs found are taken to Manchester Dogs Home. Call 0844 501212 to check if your dog has been handed in. You can reclaim your dog once a fee is paid.

The animal wardens will accept details of dogs that have been lost or found and retained by the finder. This is in hope that they can be reunited with their owners. You can also search the Animal Wardens website for lost and found dogs.
