House numbers
To request a house number for a single property:
- You cannot request a number for a property until you've received building regulation approval. Apply for building regulation approval.
- Complete the online form.
- Pay the relevant fee.
- Attach a PDF to the form showing the location of the front door. This plan will also need to show the position of the development in relation to other properties.
- Pass on the relevant information to the prospective purchasers of the property. You can only do this once we've allocated the numbers and informed utility companies, Land Registry, Royal Mail, emergency services, Ordnance Survey and all relevant council services.
