Residents and businesses will be able to learn digital skills on the go. This comes as part of a free Google training scheme offered on a bus that is visiting Rochdale town centre for the first time on Friday, 9 February 2018.
The Google Digital Garage bus will be parked outside Number One Riverside on Smith Street from 10am-5pm, offering free workshops and face-to-face coaching, with visitors having to simply drop by for on-the-spot help.
Training ranges from beginner to intermediate levels, meaning everyone can take part, and covers topics such as taking first steps online, CV building and social media strategy.
