Licences and registration

Coronavirus (COVID-19): licencing updates

In light of the current situation, please send all your messages and applications to us by emailing lic.applications@rochdale.gov.uk. This includes sending copies of original documents. To avoid delay, do not post any applications to us as we can't guarantee we'll receive them. This does not apply to HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) licence applications so please continue to send these in the usual way.

We'll continue to monitor the situation closely, carefully and frequently and will update this website if anything changes.
