Our team of community connectors can help you with a number of topics, such as health, housing, employment and money management.
They can talk to you about areas of your life you want to improve and provide you with information, refer you to the appropriate team, organisation or person to support you.
Drop in sessions for community connectors
Any adult can see a community connector at a drop in session in Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and Littleborough.
Rochdale: Mondays, 1.30pm-5.30pm and Thursdays, 8.30am-12.30pm at
Rochdale Infirmary, Whitehall Street, Rochdale OL12 0NB.
Heywood: Mondays, 8.30am-12.30pm and Thursdays, 1pm-5pm at The Phoenix Centre, Church Street, Heywood OL10 1LR.
Middleton: Tuesdays, 8.30am-12noon and Fridays, 1.30pm-5pm at Middleton Health Centre, Middleton Shopping Centre M24 4EL.
Littleborough: Mondays, 8.30am-12.30pm and Thursdays, 1pm-5pm at Littleborough Health Centre, Featherstall Road, Littleborough OL15 8HF.

If you can't attend any of the drop in sessions, you can make an appointment instead. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
