Do you like reading, chatting about books, and finding new authors to enjoy?  Join our new virtual Children's Reading Group for ages 7–11.

Every month, there'll be a new book to read and discuss. The discussions will be held over a Zoom call. Titles will be available to download in eBook or eAudiobook format via our FREE BorrowBox service.

Do I need to be a member of the library?

Yes, you'll need to be a member to set up and use our BorrowBox service if you haven't already. It's FREE to become a member.

How do I join the reading group?

If you're interested in joining:

  1. Please ask your parent or guardian to email your name and age to RochdaleCentralLibrary@rochdale.gov.uk.  
  2. We'll send out a Zoom link by email the day before the meeting to all those who have signed up. Please note, whilst on the Zoom call, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
