Disabled Facilities Grant Privacy Notice - Home Improvement Agency

We're responsible for the administration of the Disabled Facilities Grant which supports residents with specially adapted homes for their disability needs. As part of our processes we undertake financial means testing to determine how much, if anything, they will have to pay towards the cost of the work.
