Can you inspire future generations? Do you want to share your skills? Do you want to boost your CV?
How to get involved
You can do what you love for a couple of hours a week and you will never work in an environment that is more challenging, rewarding and exciting.
If you’ve got time to spare and skills to share, contact the Youth Service using the details on this page.

What's on offer
If you’re over 18, the youth service offers volunteering opportunities in youth centres, on the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award as well as working with young people with disabilities.
Volunteers can also work in sports sessions, in arts and craft sessions and in performing arts, amongst many other activities.
Whether it’s DIY, computing, music production or any other talent, we want people with the enthusiasm to pass on their skills to the next generation.
We can offer access to training in youth work and quality supervision, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and confidence while having a great time with the young people of the borough.
